Nefarius Apps holds all intellectual property rights, trademarks, and proprietary rights to the Meteus service.

Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Meteus ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement with Nefarius Apps. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Description of Service
Meteus is a proprietary API service developed and owned by Nefarius Apps that allows developers to publish content across multiple social media platforms through a single integration. Our service includes content scheduling, retry mechanisms, OAuth token management, and platform-specific optimizations.
Intellectual Property Rights
Nefarius Apps Rights
Nefarius Apps owns and retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Meteus service, including but not limited to:
- The Meteus API, software, and technology
- All documentation, code, and related materials
- Trademarks, service marks, and brand elements
- Trade secrets and proprietary algorithms
- All improvements and derivative works
Your Content
You retain all rights to content you publish through our service. You grant Nefarius Apps a limited, non-exclusive license to process and deliver your content to the specified social media platforms as part of the Meteus service.
API Usage and Limitations
Rate Limits
- API requests are subject to rate limiting based on your subscription plan
- Excessive usage may result in temporary suspension
- Rate limits are designed to ensure fair usage for all users
Acceptable Use
- You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Content must comply with each social platform's terms of service
- No spam, harassment, or malicious content
- No attempts to circumvent security measures or reverse engineer the service
- No unauthorized access or use of the Meteus service
Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
- You must notify Nefarius Apps immediately of any unauthorized use
- You must comply with all applicable laws in your use of the service
Payment and Billing
- Subscription fees are billed in advance to Nefarius Apps
- All fees are non-refundable unless required by law
- Nefarius Apps may change pricing with 30 days notice
- Accounts may be suspended for non-payment
- All payments are processed in accordance with Turkish tax laws
Service Availability
While Nefarius Apps strives for high availability of the Meteus service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages that temporarily affect service availability. Nefarius Apps will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned maintenance.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nefarius Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Meteus service.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Nefarius Apps reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to Meteus for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, and Nefarius Apps may delete your data according to our data retention policy.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
Changes to Terms
Nefarius Apps reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
